HarborWhere your ring data docks

Harbor keeps a private archive of sleep, recovery, activity, and heart signals for the account that connects them. Each login has its own file. A public link does not open someone else’s charts.

Generation 3 and later Oura Rings still need an active Oura Membership. Harbor does not replace that membership, and it does not read data from a ring that the membership leaves closed.

Your archive, not a shared one

Connecting a ring creates an archive for that account. Disconnecting removes that account’s file. Another login cannot open it.

Longer charts

Six months of temperature deviation with a 30-day average, a daytime heart-rate axis that starts at your own floor, and Monday guides that stay evenly spaced.

Withings, beside the ring

A cuff or Sleep Analyzer can be linked after you agree to store those measurements with the ring charts. That consent is separate from the ring connection.

Last night’s sleep → today’s readiness

One relationship view instead of three overlapping scores. Each point is a night’s sleep score against the next morning’s readiness; r says how tightly they move together.

r = +0.85

Temperature deviation, 30-day average

The archive chart covers six months. The line beside the daily points is a 30-day rolling average, so a short swing does not hide the longer change.

Daytime heart rate, from your own floor

The axis starts near the low end of that person’s daytime heart rate, then steps by 10. A floor of 100 is only an example.

€5 a month, or €49 a year

Both prices are subscriptions that renew until you cancel. Harbor has asked Oura for written consent to charge for a ring-connected archive. Oura Membership, if the ring requires one, stays a separate charge from Oura. Cancelling deletes the archive file created for that account.
