Harbor is a personal archive for data you choose to connect. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Charts are a view of the data the connected devices returned.

Oura, Withings, and any other device maker are third-party service providers. Harbor disclaims all warranties on their behalf, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Those providers are excluded from liability for consequential, special, punitive, and indirect damages arising from Harbor.

Harbor is not endorsed by Oura. Generation 3 and later Oura Rings need an active Oura Membership before their data can be read. That membership is Oura’s product and Oura’s charge. Harbor’s own archive is €5 a month or €49 a year. Charging for ring-connected features needs Oura’s prior written consent. Harbor has asked Oura for that consent. Cancelling a Harbor subscription deletes the archive file created for that account.

You can stop using Harbor by disconnecting devices and deleting the account. The original server archive described in the privacy page stays until it is removed on the host.
